I led a large-scale transformation of the global training infrastructure for a 700+ person Finance organization, focusing on scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The initiative addressed fragmented onboarding, inconsistent training practices, and outdated content—delivering measurable gains in learner performance, compliance, and business impact.
Business Challenge
Decentralized training efforts, volunteer-led instruction, and outdated resources led to inefficiencies in onboarding and ongoing performance support. A lack of global consistency contributed to compliance risks and variable learner outcomes across regions.
Strategic Solution:
I designed and executed a global training overhaul, including:
- Launching a centralized, dedicated training team to ensure content quality and regulatory alignment
- Reducing onboarding duration by 4 weeks through a streamlined, just-in-time training model
