Forum Wave 2
Project Details
PROJECT NAME: Forum Wave 2 Training Initiative
TOOLS USED: Articulate Storyline 2, Audacity, Camtasia
Project Overview
As the training program lead for the Forum Wave 2 initiative, I spearheaded the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of a complex global training rollout to support the expanded implementation of the Clarity project and financial management system. Building on the success of Wave 1, this program introduced new system functionality and process updates for more than 2,600 global users across multiple stakeholder groups.
Business Challenge
The organization required targeted, role-specific training to drive adoption of Clarity enhancements—particularly in project financials, resourcing, time tracking, and reporting. The program needed to address returning users, new learner audiences, and global time entry users, while supporting localization, scheduling, and in-region delivery logistics.
Strategic Solution:
To meet diverse learning needs, I led the design of a multi-modal, scalable training solution that included:
- eLearning modules, scenario-based videos, and simulations tailored by role (PM, FL, RM, OM, Line Managers)
- Global Timesite training for non-U.S. employees, including calendar updates and non-billable task entry
- Instructor-led training for Operations Finance delivered in Wilmington, Cambridge, Austin, and Singapore
- Reference tools and job aids to support in-role decision-making and post-training application
- Identification and enablement of super users for sustainable training continuity
Results & Impact:
- Delivered high-impact learning to over 2,600 end users across multiple geographies and functions
- Supported global change management and business readiness in partnership with BMO
- Laid the groundwork for scalable, in-house training ownership through super user enablement
WORK SAMPLES:
The following selections are samples of the change management campaign emails. This was the 2nd iteration of CTMS in my time at the company, and many people remembered the long and tedious training from the first version years before. I wanted to assuage their fears in a fun way that would stand out in a sea of emails.
