PROJECT NAME: Site Coach – Global Clinical Research Site Onboarding

Project Overview
As part of the Site Coach initiative—an onboarding program for research-naïve clinical trial sites—I led the transformation of Section 4 of the curriculum into an engaging, asynchronous eLearning format to improve scalability and global accessibility. The original content, delivered via virtual instructor-led training (vILT), was reimagined to support a self-paced, monetizable model aimed at expanding program impact.
Business Challenge
The vILT delivery model limited the program’s global reach and operational efficiency. To meet evolving stakeholder needs and support potential commercialization, the program required a shift to an interactive, digital format without compromising instructional quality.
Strategic Solution:
I designed and developed a series of five scenario-driven microlearning modules that address key competencies in clinical trial management. The learning experience emphasized practical application through interactive scenarios, knowledge checks, and visually rich content.
