Project Overview
In support of a global organizational restructure, I led the design and development of a change enablement eLearning module to prepare people managers for sensitive role and title transitions within the Project Management function. The initiative addressed the urgent need to equip leaders—many with limited experience in managing change—with the tools to communicate effectively, empathetically, and confidently during a period of uncertainty.
Business Challenge
The restructure introduced significant shifts in roles, requiring frontline managers to deliver potentially challenging news. Leadership recognized the risk of inconsistent messaging and employee disengagement without a structured communication strategy and targeted manager training.
Many users were transitioning from legacy platforms and needed targeted, just-in-time learning to support real-time productivity.
Strategic Solution:
I developed a scenario-based, branching eLearning experience that allowed managers to navigate complex conversations in a risk-free environment. Through realistic simulations, learners explored the outcomes of both effective and ineffective communication strategies and received real-time feedback to reinforce best practices.
